1. How many collectors is required for the four-person family?
In central and north europe it is taken about 50 l of hot water usage for one person per day. Because the collector heats about 125 l of water, than by multiplaying 50 x 4 = 200 l we receive the number of collectors, which should amount 2.

2. Is it possible to use the solar collectors for heating the house?
Yes, it is possible but require the large water tank and many collectors. Additionally, the collectors can only support the central heating in early spring and autumn in cooperation with the floor and wall heating installation. In winter the collectors can't support the central heating.

3. Does the solar installation can be implemented in the existing hydraulic installation with the water tank already installed?
Yes, the existing installation with the tank can be used.

Yes. Depending on the investor's statute and the investment scale.

Yes, if only there will be a sun.

6. Does the collector works while there is no direct radiation of sun rays?
Yes , but only the vacuum tube collector and the efficiency is of course much smaller.

7. Are the solar collectors resistant to hail?
Yes. The solar glass is hardened and 4 mm thick, what according to the national standard assures the rail resistance.

8. Should the solar glass be washed up?
No, the solar glass is washed by rain. Only if the collector is placed in very dusty place, the collector glass can be washed from time to time.

9. Where the collectors can be mounted?
Everywhere, if only it is a south direction.

10. At what angle the collectors should be installed?
