• The Solar Collectors Installations The solar installations with the solar collectors consist of complete devices which assure hot domestic water, warm pool water and supporting of central heating.
The typical solar set consist of:
    POWIĘKSZ
To the above mentioned elements should be added the special construction, when the collectors are mountes on facade or on a flat roof. When the investor wants to integrate collectors with roof also an elements of roof integration should be added.

The solar installation for domestic water heating with one coil tank

POWIĘKSZ       This type of installation is a most typicall installation. The collectors assures the warm water during the months of a good insolation and during winter (when insolation is very weak) the warm water is assured by an electrical heater mounted in the tank.

The solar installation for the domestic water heating with the double coil tank and connection to the central heating boiler

POWIĘKSZ         The solar installation with the double coil tank is a most economical resolution. One coil of water tank is connected to collectors and the second to the central heating boiler. During spring, summer and early autumn the collectors supports the hot water and during winter the tank is heated by boiler.

The solar installation for the swimming - pool water heating

POWIĘKSZ      This solution is usually applied when the investor already has the water tank with one coil and doesn't want to remove it. In this situation the added tank is installed in line with the existing tank. The new tank it this situation can have only one coil, but for investor request the added tank can have two coils and these coils can be connected together what gives better heat exchange between collectors and water in tank. When the tank connected to collectors will reach a specific temperature, the hot water from this tank is pumped to the old tank so as a result the magasine for gained warm consist of two tanks.
Additionally, during winter when the requirement for hot water is less than in summer, the cental boiler can heat only the old tank.

    The solar collectors installing

POWIĘKSZ     The solar installation for heating swimming - pool water in polish weather conditions is a perfect and most economical resolution. The correct project of the installation reduced drastically costs of heating. In case of open swimming - pools, their use elongates for a couple of months. For the swimming - pool installations is used a special plate exchanger, which divides the solar liquid from water.
This installation can be used simultaneusly for heating domestic water as well as for supporting central heating of the house.

  • The solar collectors installing
  •         The installation of every solar installation requires connection to the existing hydraulic infrastructure and the project of collector installation.
The most important element of solar set - the solar collectors, have to be mounted on the roof at an angle of 45° (in eastern europe) and has south orientation. It assures the best angle between sun rays and surface of collector in a whole year.
In case of a flat roof the collectors are mounted on a special free-standing construction, which gives the required angle. If on the investor's house the roof has east-west orientation, than the collectors can be mounted on the suth facade of the house (at an angle of 45°) or on the free-standing construction on the ground.

POWIĘKSZ           In case of vacuum collectors the installation is easier because vacuum collectors can be mounted on a flat roof or ground without the free-standing construction or vertically on facade. Of course the best way of mounting is always at an angle of 45°.
The water tank is usually mounted in the loft near the collectors or in the boiler-room where it can be joined to boiler. Next to the tank is mounted the pump set and the eletronical driver as well as the over-flow vessel. The copper pipes to collector go through the roof to the tank. When the tank has one coil and is mounted in the loft, the copper pipes from collector are connected to the coil and the tank is connected to the nearest point of cold and warm water in order to be filled by cold water and give back the hot water. If the water tank is placed in boiler-room, than the copper pipes go from collectors to tank through free ventilation channels from loft to boiler-room.
In case of swimming - pool installations the collectors are mounted on the roof (when there is enough place) or on a free-standing constructions.
